Lakevillle Speedway Late Model Triple Crown.
Lakeville, Ohio - 5/25/09 - It is hard to believe, however this Friday night,
May 29th will be the last racing event for the month of May at The New Lakeville
Speedway and it is one of the most popular and prestigious event ever contested.
It is the first leg of The Lakeville Speedway Late Models Triple Crown brought
to you by Rod Eddleblutes Garage.
The history of this event carries the names of the best of the best in the full
body race cars such as Charlie Duncan,Mike Lonas,J.R.Gentry,Blaine Aber and the
list is endless of who"s who of dirt car racing.However there is a host of
young talented drivers that are about to be added to that list that will surely
put the pressure on the veterans to bring their best on Friday night.On that
list will be Eric Eicholtz,Ryan Eddleblute,Matt Irey,Coby Bartram and many more
young guns who want that title on their resume.
Owner/Promoter Randy Young has just released some great news concerning this
event.The Late Model purse has been raised over $1900.00 for this event with an
additional $200.00 going to the winner making it $1200.00 to win and the other
upward adjustments paid through the balance of the field based on an eighteen

on the schedule will be the Americas Best Siding Pure Stocks which has put three
different winners on the podium this year along with the very popular 4 Cylinder
Bombers and the
Toms Salvage Classic Cruisers.Young also stated that he is very happy with the
new Bomber division and has added onto the heats,B Main and A Main a "Crack
The Whip race paying the winner $75.00 as we welcome Atom's Pest Control to
Lakeville Speedway partnership list for 2009.
Grandstand prices will remain the same at $12.00 for adults,$10.00 for
seniors,$5.00 for 13-16 year olds and under 12 years old will be admitted free
of charge with adult.Pit passes will be $30.00 for this event with pit gate
opening at 4:30 pm-grandstands at 5:30 with racing at 7:30pm. Fireworks display
following the racing program. Sprints will have the night off and will be
returning on Friday June 5th for their first leg of The Triple Crown with the
same purse structure.
Weather permitting,there will be an open practice on Wednesday June 3rd from
5:30 to dark with for only $10.00 per person pitside only with concession open
with food and drink.
