Racers Take Advantage Of Final
Hill Valley Test & Tune
Racers took advantage of one more final opportunity to ready themselves for
the 2006 opener set for Saturday nite, April 8th. This season promoter Tom
Martin had added an extra week to allow racers ample time to prepare to do
battle. Fans and racers will find many improvements that were made and many that
are still in progress. With the shaping of the speedway to a "D"
configeration, along with the high banking, should provide both fans and racers
exciting events. Additional improvements were added such as new guardrail, and
additional lighting The added lighting will be added as the season progesses, to
provide the racers with a great night time setting. Several special events have
been added to the schedule for both fans and racers. The biggest event of the
year will be the running of Super Showdown 2 for the 600 Micros, that is set for
Saturday, July 1st. For additional information, please check out the speedways

Hill Valley Speedway Announces 2006 Schedule
January 30, 2006 - The staff of Hill Valley has released the schedule for the
2006 season. The 2006 season will adhere to a Saturday evening only events.
The highlighted event of the year will once again feature the 600 Micros in
Super Showdown II scheduled for July 1st.
There are special nights planned for the fans throughout the year.
Once again both divisions of Micros will be featured, along with The Mini
Stocks, Thunder Cars, Strictly Stocks and the Vintage Cars.
New this year will be the added Youth Division for the 270 Micros.
Young adults ages 12 to 15 are eligible to compete. March will be dedicated as a
Test & Tune month. Spectators will be allowed in Pit area only
during test & tune. Racing will begin on Saturday April 8th. The complete
schedule along with The track rules will be available on the speedways website
in the near future. The speedways website is www.hillvalleyspeedway.com

Held
McConnellsburg PA - January 08, 2006 - Fire Department was the setting and a
large crowd gathered as Hill Valley Speedway held its first ever awards banquet.
Following dinner the drivers were honored.
